Return Policy
NEXVEY® RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
At NEXVEY®, we build high-performance electric dirt bikes for the next generation of riders. To ensure a fair process and maintain our high service standards, please review our return and cancellation policy below.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION & INTERCEPTION
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please note the following fees for cancellations:

Before Shipment (Within 24 Hours): Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a 100% Full Refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Before Shipment (After 24 Hours): Cancellations requested after 24 hours but prior to shipment are subject to a 5% Processing Fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover non-refundable merchant transaction fees.

In-Transit Interception: Once an item has left our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled for free. If you request to cancel or intercept the shipment while it is in transit, a $200 USD(CAD$200) Interception Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover outbound logistics and carrier handling costs.
2. REFUSED SHIPMENTS & FAILED DELIVERY

Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery of an order, a $200 USD(CAD$200) Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return freight and warehouse processing. Refused items will be returned to our designated regional fulfillment center.

Undeliverable Address: If a package is returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect address, incomplete details, or a PO Box provided by the customer, a $200 USD(CAD$200) round-trip shipping fee will apply and be deducted from the refund.
3. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY (NEW & UNUSED)
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, your NEXVEY® electric dirt bike must meet these "New & Unused" criteria:

Mileage: The odometer must read less than 10 miles (16 km).

Condition: The bike must be entirely free of any wear, dirt, scratches, cosmetic damage, or signs of use.

Original Packaging: You MUST use the original box and all internal protective foam.

Complete Kit: Must include vehicle body, charger, battery, instruction manual, accessories, tool kit, keys, and NFC card.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Used bikes (over 10 miles) or bikes without original packaging.

Replacement parts, separate batteries, or "Final Sale" items.

Damage from crashes, stunting, or improper assembly.
4. RETURN FEES & REFUND STRUCTURE
A. Quality Issues (Manufacturing Defect / Shipping Damage / Incorrect Item)

Refund: 100% Full Refund.

Shipping Fee: If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect goods), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

Note: Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
B. Non-Quality Returns (Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse)

Shipping Fee: If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee based on the rates of the express company chosen.

Standard Deductions: A $200 USD(CAD$200) flat fee will be deducted from the payment to cover round-trip shipping, restocking, and warehouse handling.
5. THE RMA PROCESS (HOW TO RETURN)
All authorized returns must be explicitly approved by NEXVEY® before being sent back. Unapproved items will be rejected.
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email support@nexvey.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the bike’s overall condition, odometer reading, and original packaging.
Step 2: Get Your RMA & Return Address
Upon approval, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and designate the appropriate warehouse for your region:

Step 3: Ship the Product
Securely pack the bike. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and provide the tracking number to our support team.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund
Once received at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection is complete.

Address Changes:

Before Shipment: No charge.

In-Transit: We will attempt to facilitate a change for a fee of $30 USD (USA) or $20 USD (Canada). Please note: Address changes are NOT guaranteed once the item is in transit.

Box Retention: We strongly recommend keeping your original box for at least 30 days. Box replacements are highly expensive and critical for safe return transit.
