How much assembly does FLASH PRO require?

FLASH PRO arrives partially assembled, but final setup is required before the first ride. What has been upgraded from FLASH to FLASH PRO?

FLASH PRO is a comprehensive performance upgrade. It moves from a 48V 27Ah system to a 60V 27Ah battery system, increases nominal motor power from 2,000W to 3,000W, and raises peak power from 4,000W to 5,000W. Maximum rated speed increases from 45 mph to 55 mph, while maximum rated range increases from 35 miles to 50 miles. It also features larger 17-inch front and 14-inch rear wheels, a taller 75 cm seat, and an upgraded 67.2V/3A charger.

How fast and how far can FLASH PRO go?

FLASH PRO offers three selectable speed modes rated at approximately 15, 25, and 55 mph, with a maximum rated range of up to 50 miles. Actual speed and range vary based on rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire pressure, battery condition, riding mode, and riding style. Maximum-performance testing should only be performed by an experienced rider in a controlled off-road environment.

Who is FLASH PRO designed for?

FLASH PRO is designed for riders ages 13 and older who are ready for a larger, more powerful electric dirt bike. It has a 75 cm seat height, 17-inch front and 14-inch rear wheels, front and rear suspension, and a maximum rated load of 120 kg (approximately 265 lb). Rider fit and experience should be evaluated by a responsible adult before use.

Is FLASH PRO suitable for beginners?

FLASH PRO includes lower speed modes that can help a rider become familiar with the bike before accessing higher performance. However, it is substantially more powerful than the original FLASH and is not a toy. Adult supervision, a properly fitted helmet, protective riding gear, and responsible off-road use are required. Riders should begin in the lowest mode and advance only when they can confidently control acceleration, braking, and balance.

Great bike but need help with getting my battery replaced and the battery lid was broken when I received the bike and paint was scuffed up and side panel was cracked but other than that it’s a great bike I definitely recommend on you getting one there lots of fun!!!!!

It's a great bike but getting them to make the shipping damage Wright was really a big pain and still have not got the parts delivered yet that were broken and partial refund hasn't showed up yet either for the damage to the powder coat on the frame but overall the bike is fast and solid built I would buy another one and I will buy the newest biggest one next

I like it really a lot but got a problem with it the headlight is weird to put on and u can’t switch the plate for a diff one but it’s good and I hit 59 on it and I love the wheelie mode it works super good

Amazing bike for the price, but does have some flaws, i replaced my back tire and it looks a lot better because the back looked way to small compared to the front, I can’t stand the pegs they are skinny and suck, I put some mods into it so my pics are obviously not what you get but I would recommend if your not to picky, for some reason my bike goes to 28mph in mode 3 and then takes very slow to accelerate any faster.

Its what you get for a budget bike, suprsingly capable, poor range, and random unexpected issues with your purchase. Also dont expect any help from their support they dont even respond if they dont want to. Id recommend it if you cant afford to spend more but if you can increase your budget definitely buy something used and more trustworthy for sure. Or just buy a dirt bike.

I love the bike just wish there is more mod for it and the wheelie mod doesn’t work s good as they claim it does but if you know how to use your throttle the bike is perfect

Customer support has been completely non-existent.

We received the Flash Pro on Thursday evening and unpacked it yesterday. During the unboxing process, we discovered that the battery cover was broken and had separated from the latch before the bike was ever assembled or used.

Since then, we have made multiple attempts to contact the company through both WhatsApp and email but have received no response whatsoever. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a brand-new product.

We are simply requesting a replacement battery cover so the bike can be used as intended. We would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution to this issue.

It came with a error code but custermer service was great getting a replacement for free love the bike over all bult for off road great bike like a mini surron for less then less then 2 times the price love it
